e alexander is a doctoral graduate in Educational Studies at The Ohio State University and a former graduate research assistant in the Office of Student Academic Success Research and Program Assessment office. Their professional experience is in college administration at both minority-serving and predominately-white institutions, and in social welfare. e has worked with an array of populations - particularly underrepresented students, and communities needing access to human services. Their research interests center using mixed methods to explore relationships among campus policies, protocols, norms and disparities in access and success for both students and professionals.
