Imani Reynolds, M.Ed., M.A., LPC, is a 2nd year Ph.D. student in the Department of Educational Studies, with a concentration in School Psychology at The Ohio State University. Miss Reynolds is a Graduate Research Associate for the Student Success Research Lab where she provides support on qualitative research in focus groups, interviews, and qualitative data analysis. She received her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Kent State University and worked in community settings, school setting, and shelters as a Licensed Professional Counselor and has worked in Higher Education for Community-based learning. Although she holds many research interests, her current research interests are focused on Black student success in education through culturally inclusive and responsive instruction and centering Black girlhood voice in interventions.
