Katie Dean is the executive assistant in the Student Success Research Lab. She earned her bachelor's in international studies and French and her Master in Public Administration at The Ohio State University. Previously, she worked at the Ohio Department of Higher Education as the administrator for the Ohio Guaranteed Transfer Pathways. She also worked at the University of Cincinnati where she coordinated the work for four professional development programs.
