Tara Ward is the executive assistant in the Student Success Research Lab. She earned her bachelor's in English at Salisbury University. Before this position, Tara worked in psychology advising department at Ohio State as the Front Desk Manager. She has also worked at Salisbury University supporting grant work aimed at improving the soft skills of medical nurses.
